Built enterprise backend services, data integrations, and internal AI tools for University of Michigan ITS at the Ross School of Business.

Developed backend .NET web services in C#, deployed them on Azure, and debugged legacy systems built with Visual Basic.

Wrote SQL spanning dozens of tables for an Oracle database containing hundreds of terabytes of enterprise data, and integrated services into an Azure CI/CD-driven DevOps pipeline supporting automated builds, testing, and deployment.

Built retrieval-augmented generation bots hosted on Google Cloud to help employees answer organization-specific questions, including questions about Salesforce.
